1. Duly attested copy of Valid trade license/enlistment
2. Duly attested copy of PAN card of the bidder/bidder company
3. Duly attested copy of GST registration certificate
4. Duly attested copy of IT return of last financial year
Items rates should be excluding of all sorts of taxes and charges, GST and other charges should mention in separate column against each article.
