Tender Notice for Catering Services

Sealed tenders are invited from experienced and reputed caterers for providing cooked meals for a Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme at D.N. De Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital from 16th to 21st December 2024.

Scope of Work:

1. Lunch and high tea for 35 participants daily for six days.
2. Meals should adhere to dietary guidelines, delivered hygienically on time (lunch at 2 PM, high tea at 5 PM).
3. Total estimated cost: ₹99,500/- (inclusive of GST).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid trade license, food license, GST registration, and other certifications.
• Proven experience in catering for large events, preferably for educational/medical institutions.
• Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Submission Details:

• Tender Period: 5th to 13th December 2024 (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
• Last Submission Date: 13th December 2024 (2:00 PM).
• Opening Date: 14th December 2024 at 2:00 PM.
• Location: Office of the Principal/Administrator, D.N. De Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital.
